He is survived by sisters, Deborah Fields of Hopkinsville, Barbara (Tim) Mingle of Pembroke, Judith (Jeff) Bujak of Ravenna Ohio; his brothers; Ronald Hagen of Ravenna, Ohio and James Hagen of Ravenna, Ohio.

No services will be held at this time.

Cremation Society of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
